Alice Mason is based in Liverpool, UK where by day she works as a literary events programmer and by night, writes short stories about diaspora, immigration, politics, Latin America, being part of two cultures and more. In 2016, she completed her B.A. in Drama and Creative Writing. Alice's reviews has been featured in Bido Lito!, State of the Arts and more. She is currently part of Tmesis Theatre's Wicked Women course. Noticing that a lot of mainstream literature doesn't focus on British-Latin culture, Alice decided to start writing short stories based on her own cultural heritage to increase and highlight stories about British-Latin American culture. Alice was recently longlisted for Penguin's Write Now Programme 2020. You can find her on @a11cemason on Twitter.
